A good point there matey, the optional 19's are very popular, persoanlly I would only ever buy now genuine Vauxhall wheels for either our Zaf or Vectra, mainly due to the fact I have had my fngers burnt when trying to order a replacement after market wheel in the past only to be told they are out of production!!!

At least with a genuine wheel you should always get spare years down the line.

Very few aftermarket alloys I like mate.

I love the Vauxhall range TBH.

But then again, always wanted Kahn wheels!

Each to there own I would say, the reason they are so common is that they are designed for the car so compliment it perfectly ....

if you want to buy aftermarket wheels do so,but I for one have always liked the vaux 19's and have now managed to buy some, each person to there own taste, you talk about originality to me the car is now completely different to how it was before and I have to look/drive it every day

i love the vauxhall wheels too but there just far too mucho money if only u could get them from somewhere else im sure they would be cheaper.

    7.5 x 17 Spectra Sports Line - ET39 £1207.00

    8 x 18 Sport Star - ET38 £1444.00

if i was to take em to scrappy to weight them in id only get £35 for them.

Vx wheels are very good quality, good casting and solid wheel. So worth the £££

    The Vaux 19"'s.....

What would you expect to pay for them from a main Network Q dealer and would there be any discount if you were ordering them at the same time as you bought a used 2004 Vectra from them?.

Andyvec (member on here) seems to be able to do them for under 1G (no tyres) so with a car I would expect the same, if not more of a discount, but you would have to ask.

One thing to note, all cars that came with 18s or 19s from the factory came with uprated track rod end bolts. Cars that left Vaux with the standard 16 or 17s didnt. Not normally an issue for most users with average miles, but they will wear quicker apparently. You can always wait for them to go and then have them replaced with the beefier ones.

    Thanks for the info.

Not had many posts here, save one a few weeks back about buying a 2004/2005 3.0 V6 CDTi.

Went to speak to my local dealer last week and he's got my details entered into the Network Q system. Looking to buy about August time, and he's confident he can source a few examples for me by then.

I intend to have 19"'s fitted once I've decided on the cars on offer, I'll have them fit them once it arrives.

Got a few more questions about the V6 oil burner to ask, but I dont want to hijack the thread any further, I'll start another.
