Retro fitting rainsensor

I'am going to retro fit the rainsensor but my windshield does not have the rainsensor thing. How can I do it?

to be honest.. change the windscreen... atleast if you cant get hold of the rainsensor bracket.

Ive tried with silicone to make it stick.. but wasnt firm enough to make the rainsensor to work.
