    confused clutch vibration

Hi there,I`m about to purchase a 1.9 150 sri,but noticed a vibration through the clutch, being new to a diesel thought it may be normal, but i`m a bit conserned that it might be a sign of trouble. The car is a 57 plate so think it should be covered in warranty?

Mine has a slight engine note change about half way up on the clutch in neutral (on a 1.9cdti 150).

No signs of vibration or rattling though, as if this existed id be straight back to get the DMF and Clutch replaced under warranty

    Exclamation

I have been in touch with the dealer about it,to be picking it up next friday and paying balance,as i`ve put down £300. Really now sounds like its the DMF.This hopefully could turn out ok if fixed now before delivery? Really dont know how i`ll stand getting deposit back if he says all is ok ,and i`m thinking everyone else is saying DMF is knacked.

The clutch on my 56 plate vec-c 150 was as smooth as silk, no vibration or noises whatsoever when depressed. Definately sounds like the car has issues.

Do NOT pay the balance until the car has been fixed and your'e 100% happy. (If only I took my own advice...LOL)

Best to risk £300, but TBH I cant see they can refuse to refund. Its faulty... simple as that.
