Default Reccomend Me A BroadBand Package

This Morning I got a lovely letter from Orange explaining how my broadband was going to be getting better!!

    Good news I thought...

Then they told me price was increasing to £19.99 a month!!
The only extra i was getting was unlimited download bandwith etc etc..
Well mine is currently 2 something or other and ive never gone past it.

I Phoned the cutomer retention team, who last year gave me 6 months free to keep my custom... This time they cannot do anything.

So its time to move providers!!

Im with Sky but am unsure about their package... is it reliable??

    I Need Broadband for

    Xbox 360 Live games.
    Browsing,
    watching you tube.
    uploading and viewing photos.

So anywayz guys n gals who would you reccomend?

O2 are doing an offer this weekend only.

£15 paid in store gets you the router and all cables etc...
You then get the first 6 months free.
After that it's £7.34 / month for 8Mb speeds (if you are an O2 customer) if not then it's £12 ish per month.

Ive got an O2 Sim card (pay as you go) does that count?????

Sounds good though even at £12 a month

    Have a look at Madasafish.

Looks like they're cheaper than you're getting. Also depends on what package etc.

    They're not well know but...............

I've been with them for ages including my telephone. I've found their service excellent. If you have any probelms they have a help site where you just place the question a bit like an email and they come back pretty quick. And at no cost - so you can avoid all the extortionate "help" lines if you wish this way. Every time I've used it they've been great.

Have a look at newnet. They have a 3Gb (unlimited during off-peak times) package at up to 8Mb speed for £12 per month. You can buy extra if you go over. It's a monthly contract so you are not tied in and the best thing I've found has been excellent support from a knowledgeable real live person. Free to switch from another ISP.

    Newnet

(ooh... and I've just read on their site that if you take it up on a rec, that I can get a month free, so let me know if you do please. Actually, I would have recommended them anyway.)
