Won't work mate, a 2003 car is half-canbus. That stereo is full canbus i.e 2005 onwards

very similar to the sort of thing someone was trying to fit a full canbus radio ie CD30/CD70 into a half canbus car. Cant remember who did it now. It can be done with certain rewiring but i do think there will be certain things sacrificed as well. ie steering wheel controls for example
