    1) Cook chicken in tin foil to keep mositure in then grill for 5 mins to give outside some colour

    2) Don't burst the sausages
    3) cook it all in the oven just pop it on the well lit almost out but still hot BBQ for effect
    4) If you have a lid use it to reduces flare ups

    5) Always have a cold beer in hand and dont let any one assist you. No one should come between a man and his BBQ!

    6) Potato waffles are great on the BBQ
