    Default How big is your single garage?

    So I have recently moved into a new house and have decided to put the Signum into the garage and leave the BMW on the drive. I was wondering how big the garage would be, would it be long or wide enough etc.

    I was astonished when it was in there!



    So how much room is left over in your garage? This one is less than 2 years old too!
    Now I need a turbo to keep up!

    Lucky, I could get mine in but would need to get out the boot.

    A Caterham would fit in their nicely but boss says no. Instead it's full of unused excerise equipment that will be used...just not today "too cold, too wet, too hot, month has a r in it" etc. Rant over.

    Mine is double length. Problem is I have soo much junk in my garage that I cant even try.

    Thats the problem, most use them to store crap and when thats started its a nightmare to get the car back in there

    I have the standard up and over like your one and as the door mirrors are fairly wide I only have about 2 inches each side driving in, but the width increases by 24 inches per side once in, so I have room to walk all round the Veccy and carry out routine maitainance etc:

    Mine is intergral and measures15ft 6" by 8ft 2",i have converted it into an extra room,best thing i have done with my house.

    thats a nice size garage there at least you've still got space to store stuff, i have no garage
