It's ok to have a cardboard cut out of police car on motorway bridges but a 'Scarecrow Policeman' oh no ....................

there was a place near to me who had a cross shape policeman with the high vis jacket on just as you came over a hill...frightened the pap out of me once as it is a 60 road going into a 30 just before the hill and I was doing about 45...funny though
