    Default Vectra window

Hi any information or links to threads to do with the driver window on a 58 Vectra hatch found to be down in the morning, I'm sure all the windows were up when I left the car but it was a hot day.
    Thanks fhfh

It has been mentioned on here quite a lot in the past. Have you tried the "search" button to find any "information". If I remember corectly, someone said that if you close the window and press the "close" button again, the problem should not happen again. I don,t know how true this is but might be worth giving it a try.

Happens to mine as well. Only sometimes when I lock or unlock the doors, the window/s sometimes go down by a couple of inches. I put it down to clashes on the CANBUS. Has done this a handfull of times in the 3.5 years of ownership. The other cause could be if your keyfob is in your trouser pocket when in the house and the car is outside nearby and if the keyfob was pressed by accident in a combination that would lower the windows (you can do this by a combination press of the keyfob).

You can open your windows with the key fob then? I know how to shut them with the key in the lock, but not open them? Anyone know how?

Unless your motor is different to mine. If I press and hold the open button on my key the windows will open if they are closed.
