    Default advice needed

Since having a new EGR VALVE fitted I run a bottle of FORTE through the tank every 6 months. I have read here that some people use MILLERS SPORT 4 which I beleive will last longer per bottle and is cheaper than FORTE.

On FORTE'S bottle it says that it cleans the EGR valve aswell as other fuel parts, does MILLERS?

My Vectra C 150 CDTI Estate has a DPF in the exhaust, is MILLERS safe for that, I have looked everywhere and cannot find any info even on MILLERS website.

    Cheers

Oh before anyone says it there isn't a BP or SHell near where i live.

You could give Millers a call and see what they say. I'm sure there's a few of us would be interested to know.

I put Millers diesel sport 4 (normal dose, not double) in my car for the first time at the weekend and it does seem to have made a difference, although it's a bit early to be certain.

    Thumbs up spoke to millers

Have just rang millers head office and spoke to a tech guy (very helpful), because i am always a bit conserned what i put into the car.
Have had a new egr valve on the car also I have a dpf in the exhaust and wanted to know that millers would clean the egr and inlet manifold and be safe with the dpf.
He said it would clean the egr and also be safe with the dpf and cat.
He said one of their test vehicles was a vectra 150.
I have used forte before, but millers lasts longer and can be easy measured, gonna give it a go.
