    Default Can't decided help needed

    My other half says she will by me a machine polisher for my birthday but i dont know which one to get. I want to get one with pads and stuff included but again i dont know what is good as i have never used one before i have seen these two has anyone got one and what do they think

    These polishers are 2 completely different types mate.

    One is a Rotary and the other is a Dual Action (DA). They usually recommend the DA's for beginners because they are not as course and easier to use. But I jumped straight into the rotary with no problems . I have the Silverline rotary at the moment and so far it hasen't missed a beat and does the job well.

    It's all down to how confident you feel mate.

    That Silverline pack seems like good value to me - like Parsco (although nowhere near his standard yet) I jumped in with a Rotary with no problems too - thats where my vote would be - I have a silverline rotary also.
