    What does everyone think of sky blue calipers on a silver veccy?

    I would go for a darker Blue. I think Sky blue on a car is a very weak colour unless it's metallic. But it's your car matey and you do what feels right.

    I'd agree with that. I'm going for a dark blue on mine (got the paint, just need some time! lol) - although my car is dark blue as well!

    As Alex said, sky blue can look really weak/washed out - but if you think/feel it looks right, it's your car so go for whatever you want.

    I think dark or royal blue on a silver veccy looks great m8 this is what im doing on my car !!!!

    Back in a V6 !!!!!!!!!!!! And lovin it !!!

    I like sky blue on little bits and pieces on car, like the brake calipers, engine caps, the odd decal. looks really nice. Too much though and it does look girly!

    Damn, I was gona go for a darker blue but now im thinking sky blue again lol

    ill see what the shop has, then decide. Are most people just using hammerite paint?

    I used a Halfords kit as it came with the Calipers Cleaner as well, but Hammerite works just as well (but give the calipers a good clean first) and is cheaper I believe.
