I would say have a look at the approved traders but don't know if you can get access under the "new" rules.

BSR maybe on their summer recess. I bought mine this time last year and they were on annual holidays. BSR remaps are about £520. They are good but they have just announced a 2 year service agreement so they will only provide updates to the map for up to 2 years after purchase unless you cough up £59 a year for a service agreement (after the original 2 year purchase period has elapsed). IMO this will reduce their standing on this forum as this was a huge selling point for BSR (they would provide upgrades to remap FOC). Still a quality product though but about double the price you quoted.

I have the EDS / Regal map and I opted for the IPF unit so I could remove / swap the maps when ever I wanted.
I got mine from MPG in Middlewich and I havent had any problems with it plus with this remap you can electronicaly disable the EGR valve and if you have a DPF the regen settings are changed to every 1000 miles.
I got mine very cheap but the current prices are advertised in the Total Vauxhall mag.

Yes for the first 2 years of BSR remap ownership. But, and here is the bad point about their recently introduced Service Agreement. Say after 2 years of owning the BSR remap, you put your car into the Vx dealers for service or repair and they overwrite the BSR one or their standard one with an updated map, then the BSR one stored in the BSR unit will no longer load back onto your car and you would have to cough up the money for their service agreement in order for them (BSR) to give you a modified one that can overwrite the new Vx one. Thus the downside of what used to be a big selling point for BSR. Only a potential problem if you have your car beyond 2 years of BSR purchase though.
