    Default Z1.9dt engine

Can anyone help? I have a vectra 1.9 DT with MIL light on and only revving to 3k. The fault code is 1125 Accelerator Pedal Position sensor. I have swapped the pedal for 1 off my other car also a 1.9DT, same numbers etc.. and still the same! I have swapped the airflow meter, egr valve, boost sensor, wastegate solenoid valve, and still the same! My other car runs perfect with all the swapped parts.. Any Ideas?

Swirl valve/rod on the intake manifold maybe?

EDIT: Just had a quick google and found another thread from here and it mentions that there are 5 sub codes to the one you gave which are:-

    P1125-1 Throttle Actuator Malfunction
P1125-2 Throttle Actuator Supply Low Voltage
P1125-3 Throttle Actuator Feedback Circuit Malfunction
P1125-4 Throttle Actuator Feedback Signal Range/Performance
P1125-5 Throttle Actuator Feedback Powerstage High Temperature

The guy fixed his with a new throttle body. HTH

Thanks mate, I was just thinking of trying the throttle body next. I kinda got to thinking that maybe it`s the receiving end of the throttle if you get what I mean.

Sorted it. Turned out to be the throttle body. When I took it apart and looked inside there are 2 gearwheels, the small 1 had a tooth broken so when it got to that point it wouldnt open the butterfly any further.
