Temp Alloy Refrub (ish)

My Alloys are in a right state.. the women who owned them before me scuffed them to high heaven.

Now i cannto afford to get them refrubed.

Can i just paint the affected areas with the correct colour paint? (touch up pen etc) i know it would still be visable, but maybe not as much etc etc..

Any ideas guys?

You can but a refurb kit from Halfords,£30 enough to do 4 alloys.Then a tin of their Vx Star silver,£6. Or finish them correctly with a tin of Clear Laquer £6.Thats what I did and it is passable,for some-one who never tried it before
