Wembley isn't the nicest of areas.

Some have, you can search on Expedia for free parking. Where abouts are we talking.

    Oh agreed...

But it serves its purpose and the actual hotel its self is good enough.

Unless you wnat to pay through your nose to park in a car park not owned by the hotel down the road (that usually 5 min walk rubbish) for £30 a day Or risk not having a space as car parking isnt guarenteed then Id personally always chose this hotel.

My girlfriends great Aunty has a house right near the stadium, I said I could rent out your drive on functions but she wasn't interested. Nice little earner I think.

I am sure he wants to be more central as well so don't forget the CC. If it were me I would get the train down but depends on his plans and passengers etc.

    Anywhere sort of central really..

I'm going to the Challenge Cup Final and staying in London for the bank holiday weekend.

Last year I went via train so parking wasn't an issue - but was let down badly on the way home so this time I am driving

A while ago on here, someone went to London and parked in Slough and then trained it in.

I could recommend a dozen or so hotels in and around Wembley with car parking - how much d'you want to pay? £100 or £200 a night? http://www.laterooms.com/en/k1684419...um-hotels.aspx

I've done it like that before, stayed at Premier Travel Inn, Enfield and parked at Cockfosters Tube Station and gone in to London. Always plenty of parking at Cockfosters, plus this way you have to buy an all zones tube ticket so covers you for your daily travelling around town!

Also, stayed at Ibis, London Docklands. Not much parking and not guaranteed! But nice enough hotel, just not best location.
