    Default How easy is it to change the fuel filter?

    I dont have a tidy jack or axle stands ( usually drive up on bricks to change the oil lol). Does the filter come with new clips? ( its a 06 1.8 lifer )

    Its relativley mate easy , there are 2 clips, one each end, if you have long nose pliers it will make the job easier, each clip you have to pinch to release each hose end , then make sure you put it back with the arrows pointing the right way

    I remember reading that you may have to bleed the system afterward s, is this true?

    should be able to fill the new filter up and reconnect. What little air is in the system would then be flushed out (If its the same canister filter I changed)
