    Vehicle : Facelift Insignia/Corsa D

    Trim : LE/VXR

    Engine : 2.0 cdti/1.6 Turbo

    Year : 13/07

    Default I can't believe it!

Went to the scottish rolling road meet today to put the Dti on the rollers and although only having the tuning box set to 20% i managed a respectable 141 bhp.

I then went home and decided to have a look at the tuning box and adjust it to 30% to see if it made a difference.

When i opened the box to change the little flick switches i discovered to my horror that i must have been looking at the switches upside down the last time i set the box as they were set to -20%.

The power increase was unbelievable when i corrected the settings

So in other words the box was as good as being switched off. So where did the 141bhp come from!?!

Moral of the story always check twice, i can't wait until the next r/r day though now that the box is set up properly

Your right i'm affraid mate, the dti only has three connections, a soldered one onto the fuel pump, one to neg of the battery and one to the pos. The 2.0 and 2.2 Dti boxes are the same i think but if you do a search you'll find their website and find out there. If they are the same box the one from the 2.2dti saab will also fit. I bought mine from ebay germany for 150 euros
