Front Brakes not wearing evenly

My front brakes have been squeaking for about a week and I have just checked them this morning and I found that the drivers side were completely worn down

and the passenger side were worn down with a good bit left on the pads

Pics show how much they were worn down.

I then went to Vauxhall to get a set of pads they quoted me £92

but did not have any in stock, then went to local car parts shop and got a set of EBC Ultimax Pads for £21.00

Don't know what they are like or how they compare to police spec pads I had on before but for £21 I cant complain

Is it normal for the pads to go the way mine have?

Hi I looked at mine the other day when having new tyres fitted, and mine are the same as yours. The pad with the most wear are on the drivers side. I am having new pads this week.

I don't know. I have never had this on a vectra B . I will ask question on monday when I vistit my VX dealer.

my drivers side pads were on metal but my passanger side ones had more on them so im guessin this must be normal

Just upgraded my front to 314mm & when I took my old ones off, mine seemed the same. Both had loads left on them to. So might start to wear un even when there get low.
