    Default Juddering at 200 rpm??????

I have a problem with my 1.9 CDTi (150). Since it came back from its last service it has been juddering/kangarooing at or around 2000-2500rpm. It doesn't do it all the time, if I am accelerating hard it doesn't happen, only when I am driving normally. It happens in all gears but it only happens when the engine is warm? and no fault codes.

I have tried taking the 3rd injector off and on again to clear corrosion and have also cable tied it hard on. My air conditioning was working fine as well but it has stopped getting cold. Could the two be linked? i.e maybe something has hit the condenser and intercooler?

Any help would be most appreciated.

if it didnt do this before the service i would take it back, wild stab in the dark, if they have replaced the fuel filter maybe incorrectly fitted and drawing air or injector pipe loose, check for fuel leaks. just for starters.

If it feels like you're driving over a cobbled road it could be the DMF.

Its more like kangarooing but only for a split second then its okay. One of my friends who is a mechanic said to bleed the fuel filter as it may be an airlock. How do you bleed the fuel filter and where is it? I am quite good at mechanics but I dont know where the filter is?

Dunno if its the same position as the 2.2 direct, look inder the rear passenger door, drivers side, you will see a can like thing there, thats it....... there are 2 clips on each side of it , you have to push them in to release and pop off.
