    Default ***Badger Incident Update***

Just a quick update from this http://www.vectra-c.com/forum/showthread.php?t=85627

    Picked up the courtesy car..........

A lovely 08 plate 1.2l Ford Fiesta in a stunning shade of purple!!!

They also gave me a copy of the estimate and work required paperwork.

a few quid short of £1500!!!! new bumber, radiator, condenser/dryer, several bits of pipework, tracking, etc etc

Looks like the £100 excess was the right way to go!

Off to work soon, I cant wait to drive that fiesta again!!!

i reckon if you hit a badger in the festa it would either flip over it or end up being a write off

To be fair, I have seen the end result of a collision between a horse and Fiesta, the shape previous to the current one, and that stood up pretty well to hitting a ton of hoss in the carriageway!

The car looked like a write-off with the front end, nearside roof/A-pillar crumpled, and the boot also dented, but the passenger-carrying compartment had held up well.

The horse died and was dragged away in the knacker's van.
