    Default water in foot well

    my veccy has a water ingress in the n/s rear footwell carn't work out if its from rain or water from road!! i'm startin to guess it from the rear tailgate is i've had it on the ramps underneath is sound.

    Had the same problem m8, sounds like a water drain valve is blocked down by your pollen filter.

    Lift the bonnet and remove the rubber seal infront of the windscreen, lift up the plastic panel to reveal the pollen filter and if im correct that area will be floded with water, there is a small rubber drain on the n/s just pust your fingers through it to clear it and replace your pollen filter.

    Had the same problem and this worked for me. then just run around with the heater on full balst to dry it out

    Not sure if the vectra is the same, but I had this problem on my last car. Turned out to be a ripped vapour seal inside the door. Rain water was dripping into the car instead of running into the drain at the bottom of the door.
