Default magnex cat back exhaust problems

as above ever since fitting it it always comes loose after the cat, had it into a garage 3 times to tighten the clip...would it be possible to weld the magnex system to the cat and would I be able to get it removed later if I sell the car?thanks

if it keeps coming loose its doing it for a reason

either the clamp is faulty - or not man enough for the job
or the flanges are not lining up correctly and then the subsequent flexing of the joint is causing the pipes to jump apart - i'm personally in favour of the latter - would take it back to who ever did the initial work and ask them to check the flanges for damage and if necessary reweld the parts as required

they could alsoas you requested remove the clamp cust the flanges off weld a sleeve over the joints -this would however make it very difficult to remove later

mines a 1.8 I think a couple of other people have the same problem with it blowing as the magnex system is just slightly too big a bore for the standard pipe
