    Default t/c help please

    i put my t.c switch in today it works fine prees it up it come on the dash press it again of it goes but in the hand book it say you carnt turn it of after 36 mph but i can turn mine of at any speed
    Vectra vxr custome remaps egr deletes dpf and diagnostic work all remaps are custome bench tuning avalible all genuine equipment PM for info

    The light will come on but the t/c won't be off over 36mph if you know what i mean.

    i am mate but i dont no if it suposed 2 do that i can turn it of and took it up 2 well enuf and it was still of

    are you shore about that mate does your ligh stay on after 36 when you turn it of plus i was doin 70 before pressed it and it flashed up of on the dash

    I think although the light will come on, of you are going over that speed rest assured it will be on! That's my understanding anyway.

    Not that i am suggeting you try it but you shouldn't be able break traction over 36mph, although the light is still on, on the dash. When you drop below 36mph again the t/c will be de-activated but the light should stay lit constantly unless you press the button again

    Why would you turn traction control OFF at 70mph? or at any speed for that matter, it is after all a safety feature. tell you what, my car doesn't have it, why don't we strip it from yours and fit it on mine, then yours will always be off.

    fair enuf so if i have it turned of and go over 36 even though the lights still on the traction is active untill i drop below 36 and i dont think i will try break traction at 40 mate lol
