Well I just couldnt help myself.

I was dying to get hold of a set of Chrome Irmy Door Pins but they were far too expensive for my liking and I missed a few on here.

So that led me to think, lets try something that I dont think has been done by anyone, how about standard Vec-C door pins on the Vec-B. So a post later and glenboy came up trumps with a set of standards that he removed from his motor. Thanks Glen

Anyway, I FINALLY managed to get round to fitting them today so here they are.

Whats your thought's guy's? I have taken a pic with the old Cone Headed one aswell..........lets just say I know which I prefer!!

So....whats next I hear you cry....well I managed to scrounge some Vec-C SRI Wing Badge's from Paul (TaffyOpel)

, so when I get the time, they will be going on!

Paul, you crack me up mate! Ive been waiting to pick up the Irmscher Door Inserts which were out of stock, back in today. Going to get them today so should hopefully have the SRI's on soon.

Vx stealers really are getting more and more stupid! I called this morning for my door badge's and they said "yes we have got loads of them in, no problem-collect anytime".

So off I went on me lunch break, I get there and they have none and need to be ordered from Irmscher in Germany. GREAT!!!! Anyway, I said to him that the chap said he had the rectangle badges with the black rear finish, so he showed me what he was referring to, an irmscher badge in Chrome with the car silluohette aorund the outside.....wait for it.......ON BLACK BACKING SO YOU CAN PEEL IT OFF.

How the

was this an irmscher door moudl insert with black back finish.

Idiots!

So now looks like I may have to wait until Monday to get them...Friday if I am VERY lucky....which I aint!
