1/ not sure about the network q thing i will ask
2/ as for the valter he should not have even been in the car plus when i picked it up i had not been valeted i can garantee you it had not
3/ sorry but their standard are just not up to my standards 5 week to replace a seat belt is more than fair
boils down to 1 thing **** after sales get the sale get the number next to ya name then it,s NEXT
ps plz note i dont wont any thing from them like money or free things just to sort my car out in a timely manner

Must have been a real bad day for them . Bought the wifes Zafira there. (Rotherham). Got good service, no problems. Thing is to vote with your feet and spend your money at another VX dealer.

thir c.r.a.p, your spelling is incoherant and awefull, my 7 yr old is able to write better, and I never once said their c.r.a.p I've bought

You say the dealer valeted your car in an earlier post, then say they didn't in a later one, which is it to be mate

The seatbelt will be replaced for you, have you considered that there may be a back log of orders for them, the flip key had a two mth waiting list on it not so long ago, and if all I had to worry about after buying a car was a seatbelt, then I'd take that any day over an engine fault etc.

And no I dont work for Perry's, I just think it's poor you come here and ruin their name because of a belt and a possible dishonest opportunist valeter, who as mentioned is not directly employed by them, there's always a rotten apple in the barrel, sadly it was you who got the said apple working on your car, but until you have a full conclusion as to what the outcome is, it's not right you label a whole dealer network as thieves is it?
