Default Is this a fair price??

To convert my 150 sri diesel veccie single exhaust to a twin exhaust arrangement with a custom made stainless steel system ( cat back ) for 300 quid?

I am also considering another option of using the back box off the 2.2 direct as shown in the how too section and may be getting the Y section fabricated instead of buying the Irmy part.

Does anyone know the price of the back box or the part number?

    Thanks, Bullylad.

£300 for a CAT back duplex system is a very cheap price mate, where is that from..?

I paid £350 for mine from Powerflow which was a "cheap" price, they are normally £400+

I went to a garage near the Preston area who do all the work themselves on site. Just to be clear this is everything from the cat back and not including the cat. ( a bit confusing i know )

I told them what sort of car i had and they looked through their catalogue of previous cars they have worked on and they had done one the same as mine a couple of months earlier.

Got to say that first impression was a very professional one. They were very helpful and offered different size & shape exhausts and even different sound / noise options. I have mine booked in on Monday morning so they can put it on the ramp and we can discuss options and a final price.

When i confirm the final price i can let you all know and will also enquire about a group / vec c club discount.

Don't really want to put their details on here just yet because no doubt they will get loads of calls which may affect the price they quote me. As soon as i get back on monday morning i will put all their details on here tho.
