    Default water marks after waxing

Obviously after waxing my car, the wrain nicely beads on the car however once the car eventually dries I am left with water marks where the beads have sat, is there any way to prevent this or at least minimize it?

or is it just one of the drawbacks of a black car that I'll have to live with?

I believe the darker the car, the more noticeable it becomes...minute particles of dust etc collected in the raindrops or on car's paint surface are picked-up by the rain droplets and as they dry out are deposited on the paint surface...on cars with lighter paint finishes they are less noticeable eg. our Lighting Silver Vectra looks OK after rain mind you I use 'Stardrops' to wash the car a wax it once ot twice a year with a 'grey' pigment polish on the main bodywork and plain non pigment spray wax around the Black trim...got 'em from the £ shop at £1.00 each per Tin & Spray.....

mone alwys looks like that if there is dust within the rain.. park it on a slope and all the droplets will run clear!
