fault code reader needed near newark

I recently fitted a k and n cone filter and it put car in limp mode at 3500k now ive put a standard filter back in and eml (in rev counter (car with spanner)) light was still coming on (maf was definately plugged in) so i removed battery for over an hour,

Now car has the little engine light come on as soon as i start the engine and it looses power at 3500k.

My car is a 2.2dti 53 plate.
