Thats for the 285's, Haynes doesn't list 314's. HTH
It must be from looking at them. If you've only removed the bolts needed to get the calipers and carriers off then that's all you would have removed - four bolts. Gimme a sec and I'll get the details for you. The carrier to hub is FFT, the caliper to carrier is not a great deal. One sec...
Yep, just the same as painting. Just don't get it into the friction surfaces/rubber boot areas.
they will all be laquered before all guide bolts, boots and bleed screws are fitted...
