Excellent - amazing how the faces of some of them went from kinda stoney faced at the beginning (wondering

he was about to do) to big smiles and clapping at the end. Certainly a flight they would remember with a smile.

flew with Southwest from Boston to Arizona and the air stewardess sang, it was brilliant. Can't remember most of it but the last line was "and if you'd like to fly for free then marry one of us".

Even the pilots get in on it, after the usual info about when we'd be landing etc he's like "and next time you feel like flying through the edge of the atmosphere in a long metal tube at 500mph then we hope you think of us".

Yep, agree with the above. Southwest are a great airline.

Ryanair took their business model but don't enjoy quite the same degree of customer loyalty. Can't quite understand why.............
