Default Vec B wheels onto Vec C?

    Hi all,
Just wondering if you think that it will be possible to take my alloys off my dead Vec B and put them on the Vec C.
The pcd is the same, the offset is fine its just the bore thats different, the B is 56.1 and the C is 65.1.
Does anyone have any ideas on if it will be possible to do? Maybe a bit of lathe work?
    Thanks in advance.
    Pete.

i am guessing it would be fine as Vec C rims go on B's quite easily

wouldn't even give it a second thought. Don't try and modify your wheels. Could end in tears. If the center bore is too small as you have suggested I'd say no mate.

i dont see any reason why not mate, just bore out the centre and problem solved, i think Ballen 2.2 direct would be the guy to ask he has a set of audi rs6 replica's and he had to enlarge centre bore!?!?!

I've seen a Vec B with some facelift C SRi wheels on, so don't see why you couldn't do it the other way...

I have seen about 3 Vec-C's around Brumingham with Vec-B SRI wheels on and they go straight on, although I dont like them this way. B onto C is a , however, C onto B goes well. Dont go backwards. The car will have newer style and wheels will make it look old.

What wheels do you have? If they are the GSi's, are you selling? !

    Bye bye Vec B
