Is there commonality with Saabs?

I saw on here somewhere that the Vec shares the floorpan with a Saab. Thinking of this I was wondering if other parts from Saabs could fit a Vec. I spotted some smart alloys on an 06 Saab last week and have been wondering ever since. Would they be a straight forwards swap over?

ye tommy is right i sold a set of bk alloys of my vec b to a guy with a saab 9`3 direct fit discs a pads are the same to i think
