    Default Brakes Upgrades???

    Morning all,

    I'm trying to find a possable upgrade for my disks/pads...

    Nothing to fancy just a little more stopping power...

    Any ideas???

    Have you looked into fitting the VXR Discs and Pads mate. I think that's the route I'm going to take.

    There's a bit of a discussion going on there, also there is a link to some 'Black Diamond' discs at reasonable prices that may be of interest.

    Would this just be a straight swap for us with the 1.9 cdti alex or does it require further work??

    You would need calipers as well due to the size of the discs. Otherwise uneven wear would occur.

    Between £600 and £800 for the full lot depends what you choose.

    As above.

    Discs, Pads and Calipers all need to be bought. I'm thinking about having the discs drilled as well.
