    Default Curbed my wheel

Pulled out froma junction today tyo be met with a learner driver overtaking a cyclist with enough room between them to park a lorry. Anyway had to make a detour and heard the scrape. When i arrived at work there was a scrape around a third of the outside rim (looks like the edge ran along the corner of the curb) so barely noticable but I know its there. I have a rotary tool and wouldnt mind smoothing it off. What tool would you use?

Cant really blame the learner but I would have shouted at the instructor. Ive told the people at work and they agree that its dangerous to overtake with a junction opposite buT i also know it would have been my fault for pulling out. At least we didnt hit just gutted ive only had them a month and never curbed a wheel before in my life.
Ill get some pics when I get home. Its not theat bad and I think if I take off the rough It will be unnoticable

wow, i'd be gutted mate, but really it aint that hard to DIY refurb.. just get some chemical metal use it like you would body filler, and then use AutoGlym silver alloy wheel spray, quite a good colour match.
