    Default AA Breakdown cover

Im just in the process of renewing my breakdown cover, im currently with the rac but im looking at going back to the AA. I rang them up yesterday to obtain some prices.
The guy was telling me that as well as your membership, for say roadside cover for £120 ish including your membership they do a parts and labour cover which consists of, if they carnt fix you by the roadside they take you to the nearist garage and will pay for the first £500 inc vt, for parts and labour, theres wear and tear terms which ive read on there website, but looks ok. All you need to pay is £25 excess.
Just wondering what you guys thought and has anyone got this or had any dealings with this cover? as my warrenty runs out in july thought it might be a cheaper idea as to paying for a full warrenty ??

    I have a 1.9 cdti sri. 38000 m.

Check out some cashback sites like quico or greasypalm, you can get breakdown cover for next to nothing when you could the cashback AA or RAC will pay for membership. Depends on current deals but check them out.

yeah youve got the usual terms like car must be serviced to manafactures, and done by a garage, only allowed 5 calls and you must first call the aa to the vehicle, as ive a van to i can put that on as well for an extra fee £60 i think, but as im driving it everyday it sounds like a good deal.
