Default Car damaged, urgent advise required!

Following on from a couple of threads I have started about the bloke across the road and his parking antics. This sort of thing.

I worked a night shift last night, my signum was parked where my 3 series is in that pic on the other thread. I didn't use it and has been there for a little while.

The house where I am living is having the kitchen done and my mum and the kitchen fitter were in the kitchen - faces out into the road - and they saw him get in his car, reverse back, HIT my Signum, push it back 3 or so inches - 75mm - and just drive off

Now there is a small amount of paint missing on the bumper just above the number plate where it comes to a "point".

The question is, what do I do? Should I call the police and say he has damaged my car and just driven off? wait for him to come home and ask about it? bearing in mind we do not exactly get on due to his parking being far too close to me a lot of the time!!

I get the feeling he will just deny it but I have two witnesses.

    Help
Now I need a turbo to keep up!

Not sure but I would think so, he said they couldn't believe it when he touched my car and then carried on and pushed it back!

I would say contact the police as well Sean, do it by the book. At least there were witnesses.
It might not go to plan if you just see him on your own..

with the previous problems - i would report the matter - they can "inspect" your car and his to see if there is any visible paint transferance - then either invite him in for a PBS (person bought to station) interview or roadside report him for a fail to stop RTC

0-Large smile ......every time it's driven
