Tuning box Advice

Hi guys im going to take the plunge and buy a tuning box for my cdti 150 and im wondering if theres anything i should check or do before i order one or more importantly fit one,

Just make sure it's for a 150 and get it fitted.
Are you getting it from T Tuning off ebay ? "caterman box"
If you need any info on fitting it give a shout.

Only other thing I'd add is if you have a DPF, make sure you've got the latest software update from Vx flashed to your ECU. Otherwise, just choose one, plug and play!

Thanks mate, maybe a silly question but how do i know if its for the 150 i was going to get it from T Tuning yes.

I dont think i have a DPF am i right in thinking there only fitted to saloons and sigs, i have a 56 plate hatch?

Yes you don't have a DPF on your motor.
Just tell them it's for a 150 veccy and they will sort it out.
I see you asked about the one autobrite has forsale. Bargain.

Yer if autobrite one is suited to me and one from T Tuning il get his if not il go for one off ebay? Would there be any problemswith getting one thats 6 months old andthat has been fitted to another car?

I beleive it's the same one as from T Tuning. Should be no issue's with it being 6 month old as long as it's working.
