If you can never actually buy one for £8k, then that valuation is useless. The only thing that counts is what they actually sell for!
If I could get that one for £10k ish, I wouldn't be unhappy.
They'll way overprice when selling but bet your bottom dollar if you were trading it in they would be saying sorry mate thats all its worth
