Default My car hasnt moved for 7+ months...

Well, that'll be the case when I get back in September/October (Worst case)... She'll be nearly 5 months out of date for the MOT...

I'm just getting to thinking early...

So, what am I going to need to do to her to ease her back in?? Last thing I want is to start he up and something goes pop or bang! LOL

Anyone put a car in storage for anywhere like that long??

I imagine you might need a new battery if the car has just been left sitting for that length of time.

I'm thinking battery, brakes and tyres.

Unless the battery was charged every now and again, it might need to be replaced.

If left loaded, the tyres will have flat spotted, and will sound very odd for the first week or so. They should sort themselves out eventually.

I'm hoping you left the handbrake OFF, else you might be going nowhere even when the engine does start. Give the brakes a good test before you need them, just in case calipers have seized up.
