can you help

hello all
i was thinking of getting rid of the vec and was wondering if anyone out there had any idea on what price it was worth
it is a 05 sri 2.2 direct in met black
it has a few bits on it as listed below

new irm grill with crome strip on top
lower irm front spoiler
crome signum spot surrounds
k+n fillter
vauxhall 19" wheels
crome door pins
in car kit running through the stero
fitted front mats
illuminated sun visor mirrors
top roof spoiler
dtm boot spoiler
irm quads exhaust and bummper valance
vauxhall mud flaps
and a few other bits
the car has a little skuff on the front passenger wing but not that big and looks good when washed and polished
anyone have any idea on a price or interested in the car as i havent a clue on how much to put it up for

At a guess if you are going to sell privately, I'd say somewhere between 8k and 10k, dealers are advertising them at about 11k right now.

Might be a good idea to sell the wheels on here along with the K&N and exhausts, that way you can take a bit less for the car and compensate for it.

Try to sell as is for what you feel is fair, if you dont get a bite, do what i said above, but remember whoever buys it as it is now will face higher insurance, and although the car looks the danglies, money talks.

bit shocked if you are selling it mate as its a cracker of a car

I have been looking around as well, dealers aren`t interested in the extra`s. I have been told they will just give me book price for it, and If I want to take the bit`s off fine by them, not very helpful dealers ?

Had a look at an RX8 today, not all they are cracked up to be either .. Tiny inside ....

yes i was thinking of putting it back to normal if she goes and sell all the other bits on to make a bit more but not sure yet what to do but i was hopeing to get nearer to 10 k but we shall see and yes beavis give us a go of your magnum and your first on the list for the wheels if they go ha ha
i want to pay off a bill or two and then might get a early subaru which i should have got before i got the vauxhall i think

When I got my SRi 2.2 direct in November it had done 900 miles and I got it for £11k from a Vauxhall dealer. If you sell privately you might get 10k if it's a low miler.

My 05 cost just £9500 almost two months ago, dunno about those extras on top tho. Trade in 'values' from dealers are a joke these days to compensate for low prices
