I've been searching for the data allowance that comes with the above, can't find it anywhere; those look like the tarrifs for mobile phones rather than mobile broadband :

All I can find are the standard three (quantity) mobile broadband add-ons :

    edit :
    Quick response from three
The http://www.three.co.uk/Pay_As_You_Go...e_with_Add_ons are for mobile phones only
These are the add Internet packages :
    Add Internet
Add Internet Add-ons are available directly from your handset. Select Add Internet on My3. Internet Daily costs 50p and gives unlimited internet browsing on your phone for 24 hours from purchase. Fair use policy applies.
Internet Weekly costs £2.50 and gives unlimited internet browsing on your phone for 7 days from purchase. Fair use policy applies.
Internet Monthly costs £5.00 and gives unlimited internet browsing on your phone for 30 days from purchase. Fair use policy applies

Bizarre though, surely a SIM is a SIM, whether it is in a mobile phone or dongle?!?

Oh and there is another way to get the inernet, people are buying Iphone sims off ebay , topping up with £10 and getting a years internet for free, bit risky as 02 are clampping down on it but it is possible.

Yes but you have to unlock the dongle for this to work do you not, which is fairly easy to do, and besides all O2 new sims regardless whether its PAYG / Contract are 3g, the ones on ebay are a scam

I believe with the PAYG iPhone sim you get 'free' 3G Internet access as part of the deal. This i imagine is what they mean by the special iphone sims. I can neither confirm or deny if it actually works or the legality of using it in a usb dongle.
