    Default drop links again.....

    was just wondering if the drop links life span shortens by having a lowered car?
    think my nsf is starting to playing up again

    not an outrageous statement bobby. as theyre not working at their normal angles etc.

    Also depends how much you've lowered the car by? It says 45mm in your sigg. Yours is SRI though isn't it? so 30mm?

    yep its 45mm on p.i springs and standard sri shocks

    It'll wear them out slightly quicker than standard. Also depends on how you drive it i suppose have you changed them before? I changed mine when I lowered it.

    they both got changed about 2 months ago when i lowered it mate

    i never changed mine when i lowered mine (about 3 years ago now). I had a service last week and they said the drop links are showin sign of slight play. so will be changin them soon.

    They havent been changed before on my vec and its now done 89000 miles.
    its bin lowered about 75-80mm for about 50000 - 60000 miles.
