Anyone for Golf?

One for the golfers mainly, but maybe appreciated by others!

Was doing a shoot today for a golf course brochure - first of two I have to do.

As well as the mix of shots on the course, exterior and interiors of the clubhouse etc. etc, I also shot the inside of the golf shop and some of the equipment stands etc.

I wanted to shoot one of the nice woods as a bit of a still life shot - but outdoors as the sky was a lovely blue and I had an idea in mind. So I asked if it was okay if I took one of the nice looking woods outside. No problem said the guy. So I picked up one that looked nice and had a nice price. The guy said "No take the blah de blah one as it's the dogs danglies top of their range" OK I said. Picked it up to unwarp the cellophane wrapper from the head and saw the price sticker.......£259!!! Ferking 'ell I thought. I better not scratch this!!!

Anyway, I took it outside and was rather pleased with what I got from the shot! You golfing folk can tell me if the club is indeed the dogs danglies, or not, as I know diddly squat about golf - never played in my life. Well, I don't count a bit of pitch 'n' putt and crazy golf!!

lol - I know. Well my brother lives in St Andrews and he's a non-golfer as well! - sacrilege I know!! lol Hey, I may be Scottish but I don't have to like everything from there - don't like whisky or porridge for starters!!
