Hi guys.

My 1.9 CDTi 150 throws up an ECU fault symbol up and goes to limp mode when I accelereate to about 3,500rpm (Turbo spools up). The fault seems to reset itself after several seconds of releasing the accelerator, and no fault codes are present when I put my reader on it afterwards.

Could this be an air intake problem, because I've got a split in my plastic pipe that goes from my airbox at the engine side of the MAF sensor and goes to the turbo (I think).

Any help would be much appreciated .
