    Default now concerned!

hi guys as most of u know im new to the whole vectra thing, enfact diesel thing all together!
ive got the 05plate 150 cdti and bought a eco2 box from a member on here.
with my other thread, there are no numbers on the unit so i dont know which side is high power and which is low, however it appears regardless of where the dial is at it still feels just as powerfull and i still get the spanner light and limp mode when i boot it in second..
im concerned my engine may b damaged or the box may be faulty or perhaps im just a dumb ass n messin it up..
    please give me suggestions..

The 7 sets of pins on the right are the power outputs for the box....30% 20% 10% 0%...-10% -20% -30%.
on the left the placing of the pins determines what map setting your on.

Spanner light & limp mode would suggest it is turned up to high.

If it works OK on the 11 setting I would leave it there. It may not be as powerful, but then you can't afford to have the car going into limp mode at inappropriate moments.

i had mine on the last setting and it went in to limp mode and spanner light, i read the codes and it was the ''common rail solinoid fault'' so be carefull, i got rid of the stored faults and its been fine ever since. its now on setting 7 and still quick (removed at the moment due to fuel consumption)
