    Why dont you call e-bay and explain to them the situation? They now have a helpline number.. Or can you not open up a dispute with e-bay to?? Im sure if you go to the resolution centre you can do it there??

    If no luck with the above then it has to be negative feedback then. Leave them the worst negative feedback you can and tell other people that they are s*** and not to deal with them!!!!! I feel for you mate

    You must be a mild mannered person i would have made him eat the dam seats

    Lets keep an eye on his items and see if he re-lists them and bombard him with questions about them to make others aware

    I would speak to eBay as well, there might be something they can do if not at least he might get his account closed down

    i won an item from an ebay seller on the 10th may, paid for it the same day. It only arrived today because I left them 3 emails and 1 voicemail. Item (stubby aerial) only cost 4.95 but it was the principle. Trying to take my money

    Take him to small claims court for misrepresentation and claim your fuel and time. there are very strict laws on auctions and he has broken at least 2 (even if you did'nt hand over any cash). Have a chat with C.A.B. a strong worded letter from them should get a result if he has any sence. S.C.C. will cost him much more
