    Default Climate control problem

Can someone out there help. The warm weather turns up and my climate control goes awol. I press the a/c button and it lights up but thats it. I know it's not refrigerant as thats my trade and i've checked it. Its something electrical. So off to my Local dealer who's there to help. NOT. He said that after he did the tect test that it may be the a/c ecu. But then again it might not be that he says? He's so non comital its unreal. Anyone had anything like it?

Is the compressor pulling in? did he tell you what he found from the test? is it under warranty?

No the compressor doesn't pull in. Had a service a few days ago they tect tested it and said there was no com with the ecu. So carried out a reset. Didn't work when i went to collect it! And the technician had gone. Started working an hour later till ignition was swithched off. Then died altogether. Had another tect test today and there "master technician" i feel doesn't want to commit himself. He just wants to replace things till it works, at my cost.

phone vx customer services and complain if its only just out of warranty. A good service manager would do this for you.

got some work done on mine at nearly 4 years old. 300 odd miles is nothing. You could do that whilst waiting to get in the garage. Hint hint
