    Default car lowering advice

since i have mounted my 19" and that bumper i keep thinking that my car is a bit too high, which it is.. despite being an gts (sri) it is still too high imo as there is a big hole above wheels which i find frustrating..
now i'm thinking about lowering my car.. there are 3 options, just springs, (eg irmscher-eibach), springs + shocks (eg irmscher-bilstein+eibach) or coilovers (eg koni or sth else)..

now, which would you recommend or take, can someone tell pros and cons of each mentioned? i assume that last 2 options are most expensive, 3-4x more expensive than just springs, but i am still unsure what to get as some people who went just on springs told me that they had a bumpy ride until they changed shocks too...

coilovers are pretty cool i think because i can adjust height so i can lower the car how much i want to but i can also make it a few cm higher eg in town, sounds pretty useful to me..

what are yours thoughts about all 3?

if you have the money go for the best that you can afford ie springs and shocks at once as only putting lowering springs on will put a little more strain on your standard shocks

so you think that springs+shocks are better solution than coilovers?

I'd go for Bilsteins shocks and Eibach springs m8,a great setup and its the same as the Irmscher setup and not too low, hth, good luck........

coilovers are good, but altering the height will alter the tracking and camber etc so will need settin up each time u change the height.

also with that bumper u would have a job gettin around with the height set reall low. so if i were u i would use a godo set of shocks and springs.
