I've got one of those mate, and TBH it's a bit of a pain. It fits just like a sat nav, and you need the engine running or ignition on fully to use it whilst stationary. I did intend to get it hardwired in and place it in the sunglasses holder, but haven't got round to it yet.

They're garbage. You have to stick the aerial to your windscreen. Then plug it in like a tom tom then the fag lighter- ok if noone in the car! Save up and buy a proper one..........

That's a bit strong. Reception is very good and resistant to interference. OK it's fiddly to set up and you can't leave it on show. It also works as a standalone DAB radio through the headphone socket on batteries, again with brilliant reception. And you can plug in and play an MP3 player through it.

It's one real clever piece of kit, and I like it.

my neighbour has one in his Vec, he leaves it attached to the mount which is stuck to the screen, has an rds signal to the hu and the dab reception is nearly as good as the pioneer unit I had in my old car, so the sound quality isn't bad, I've been tempted (I do miss planet rock), but my car gets left in some not nice places, so I didn't want it on the screen, but sticking it in the sunglasses holder is an idea, I know someone else with one, and he says its really rather good, so In my opinion, go for it, in fact if anybody is selling one, drop me a PM.
    Cheers
    Mark
